Bookmarks

Bookmarks are an easy way for you to remember what you liked when you were shopping. When you listen to the prices for a particular item on your phone, you can choose to "bookmark" it using your phone. Frucall remembers the item, and will list it for you when you log into your account on the Frucall web site.

So you can use your phone to bookmarks things when you are out on the street, and you can always get back to them later when you have access to a PC.

VoiceNotes

You can use Frucall to record a VoiceNote and leave yourself handy audio reminders about what you have been looking for. Leave yourself VoiceNotes in all kinds of situations like "where" you found a particular item, or that "you have to go back on Saturday because they will have a big sale", or "This shirt is the one I liked best". The possibilities are endless. Get creative, use the fact that you can leave yourself notes as you walk in a store or in the mall! You can listen to your VoiceNotes either on your cell phone, or when you are online, by logging into www.frucall.com.

BuyNow

If you like the prices that you hear on the phone, you can order them on the spot by selecting the buy option.

Frucall will ask you your PIN, which is the Personal Identification Number you select upon registration, to verify your identity before accepting the order. To use this feature, you will need to add a credit card number to your Frucall account. Your purchases will be charged to this card. Notice that we do not sell items. The merchant from whom you're buying will charge you directly. We only facilitate the sales process.

PriceText

If you would like to have the prices that you're hearing on the phone with you - for example if you want to show it to somebody else - You can select to receive the prices as a text message (SMS) on your cell phone.

This is with the assumption that you are able to receive SMS on your phone. Depending on your plan, your carrier may charge you (typically around 10 cents in the US) for delivering the SMS to you.

Search History

When you search for and find an item, Frucall automatically records it here so you can go back and look at your searches even if you don't add them to your bookmarks.

All of your searches are displayed on this page and when you click on a search you are taken to a page which has details on the item, links for more information and to purchase it, and the option to add it to your bookmarks. You can easily delete any or all of your previous searches whenever you want.

Scheduling Reminders:

You can use Frucall to send a reminder message - a short text and beep on your cell phone - at any date/time you choose. Use Frucall to remind yourself of all sorts of things like shopping reminders, appointment reminders, birthdays, anniversaries, meetings - you name it.

Personalized Greeting:

And even just for fun, you can record your own greeting so that when you call Frucall, you are greeted just the way you like, whether it's "Hey bro", "Hello handsome", or "Hi gorgeous"! or, best of all, "Hi smart shopper!" After all shopping should be fun and with Frucall as your handy shopping assistant, it's smart too!

PriceAlerts

The PriceAlert feature allows you to be notified when the price of an item you are interested in falls below a limit that you have specified. Frucall notifies you of the availability of the item at the price you are willing to pay either through an e-mail or a text message (SMS).

This is how PriceAlert works:

If you use Frucall Voice (1-888-DO-FRUCALL) on your phone to lookup the item you are interested in:

1. After listening to the product details, bookmark the item from your phone by pressing option number 3.
2. Then, log in to your account at www.frucall.com and click on Bookmarks.
3. Click on the name of the item you wish to set a PriceAlert for.
4. Then, simply click on the "set a price alert" link located beneath the product description.
5. You may choose to receive a PriceAlert on new or used items and receive the alert either via e-mail, text message (SMS), or both.

If you use Frucall Web to lookup your item:

1. Simply click on the "set a price alert" link located beneath the product description.
2. Then choose to receive a price alert on new or used items either via e-mail, text message (SMS), or both.
