How to Use Frucall Text

Frucall Text is an easy, fast, and free service that helps users search product prices via 2-way Text Messaging (SMS) while they are shopping in stores: Use your cell phone to check prices, leave yourself "TextNotes" on products you're interested in, and more.

You must have a Frucall account in order to retreive your SMS-based search history, bookmarks, and TextNotes later on by logging into your www.frucall.com account. Frucall sign up is free. If you do not have an account, please Sign Up Now.

Here's how you can use Frucall text:

• The short code (phone number) to which you send messages is FRU11 (37811).
• Whenever you have access to the Internet, you can log into your account at www.frucall.com to access your SMS-based searches from your PC, review what you have searched for, get more information, or place online orders.
• If you need support, email us at support@frucall.com or send Q followed by your question via SMS. We will get back to you.
• To get more out of Frucall Text, see the commands below. You can always send "h" and get this list as a help screen.

  Before diving into advanced commands, a few things to know:

  Supported Carriers: Frucall is supported by all major carriers, including Alltel, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless.

  Cost: To use this SMS program, standard message charges apply. Charges are dependent on your service plan which may include fees from your carrier to send and receive text messages.

  How to out-out: You can opt-out of all Frucall programs at anytime by texting STOP to 37811. A confirmation message will be sent back to you. We do not send unsolicited messages. You only receive messages if you send us a message.

  Support/Help: To request support at anytime, text HELP to 37811 or send an email to support@frucall.com.
